Ski
Apartment Richebourg, La Chapelle d'Abondance - For rent - a 35
square metre studio mezzanine apartment designed to sleep four
to six people.
The
apartment features a mezzanine, with a double sleeping area and
downstairs there are two bunks in a 'coin montagne', with a separating
door to the living area and kitchen. The Kitchen is standard apartment
style with a full oven and a separate microwave/grill. In the
living area there is a double sofa bed and seating for up to six.
There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and drying
rail. There is also a large private balcony with a summer table
and chairs and a 'cave' ski locker for all the kit you need for
the piste, or for the mountains in the summer months. Cycles can
be safely stored in the cave or on the covered balcony.
The
apartment has efficient underfloor heating which maintains a comfortable
temperature even in the coldest weather. However, there is additional
electric heating and there are window shutters to keep the heat
in or the sun and heat out, as required.
This apartment is 'Non Smoking'.

Apartment
Block:
The apartment is located on the second floor of the well-maintained
'Le Majestic' apartment block in Plein Soleil, Richebourg,
La Chapelle dAbondance, 74360. From here you can access
Chatel and the vast Portes du Soleil area. |

Private
Balcony:
As you can see from the picture, the view from the private
balcony is superb. The apartment is south-west facing, so
the balcony gets the sun throughout the afternoon and evening
- perfect for when you come back to the apartment after
a good day out. |

Entrance
Hall:
In the right angle entrance hall there two adult size bunk
beds on the left and, the bathroom on the right. The hall
leads directly into the kitchen and dining area, with a
dividing door. |

Kitchen/Dining
Area:
The Kitchen/Dining area is a conventional compact apartment
style with an oven, hob, sink and refridgerator.

Living
Area with Double Sofa Bed:
The living and Dining area have full stairs lead up to the
spacious mezzanine area.
There is also
a new TV and DVD/CD player for the winter season |

Mezzanine Double Bedroom:
The
mezzanine is spacious with one double bed, a dresser, bedside
table, canvas wardrobe and a velux roof window.

Bathroom:
The tiled bathroom comprises toilet, bidet, sink and enclosed,
sunken shower. All in very 'French' colours, and in excellent
condition, with a new shower cubicle.
For
the 2008/2009 winter season there is also a new washing
machine installed in the bathroom. |
